By checking this box, I understand that a deposit must be paid before the event date(s) can be reserved. Once client pays the deposit, the entire deposit is immediately and absolutely nonrefundable under all circumstances.

The Catering Company is not responsible for accidents that occur during catered events. Any alcohol that is served during the event is solely under the direction and liability of the Client, and is solely the responsibility of the Client. Any accidents that occur as a result of alcohol or, as a result of the conduct of the Client or Client’s guests or agents are solely the responsibility of the Client. Any damages are solely the responsibility of the Client and must be paid within 15 days of the event.

Client shall indemnify and save harmless The Catering Company, its agents, employees, heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors, and assigns from all suits, actions, fines, civil and/or criminal penalties, losses, damages, claims, or liability of any character, type, or description, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing all expenses of litigation, court costs, and attorney's fees for civil and/or criminal violations, injury or death to any person, or injury to any property, received or sustained by any person or persons or property, arising out of the conduct of Client or Client’s guests or agents or arising out of Client’s use of the catering service.
