*Rental time begins when you and/or your agents arrive and ends when you or your last agents depart. All renters and their agents and/or guests may not enter and must evacuate the facility within 15 minutes of your rental time or you will incur additional rental charges. Additional time will be billed at the rate of $30 for every 15 minutes. This charge is due and payable on the date of occurrence and is the responsibility of the renter.

The lodge is not responsible for accidents that occur on lodge property during your rental. Any alcohol that is served on lodge property during the event is solely under the direction and liability of the renter, and is solely the responsibility of the renter. Any accidents that occur as a result of alcohol or, as a result of the conduct of the renter or guests or agents, are solely the responsibility of the renter. Any damages, excluding normal wear and tear are solely the responsibility of the renter and must be paid within 15 days of the event.
