Assorted flavors of cubed and other hard cheeses. Soft smoked
cheeses, other domestic, cheeses and soft cheese spreads, pesto,
garlic and herb, almond pineapple, bacon and cheddar, sun-dried
tomato, herb parmesan (choose your favorite 2)! Served with toast
points and assorted crackers and wafers. Great to display with
assorted fruits.
Shrimp Cocktail Display
Beautiful chilled gulf shrimp served with your choice of spicy
cocktail or remoulade sauce and sliced lemons!
Crab Cake Station
Individual mini lump crab cakes served with fresh lemon and an
assortment of sauces.
