I truly did not know what to expect, but felt very empowered by the American Cancer Society. I had been provided in my catering packet, menus from several previous events hosted in other areas. In Sulphur Springs, we are very big on doing things locally and keeping the money in our community, so Pam Carter was contacted along with other companies outside out community. The catering committee decided on Pam for several reasons. Pam was very competitive with her bid and was more than willing to add additional food without greatly increasing the price. The amount of decorating she was willing to do was above and beyond what the other caterers were able to do. And of course, she was using local employees and the money would stay in our community. Pam and her staff did provide the expansive menu we requested on beautifully decorated tables.
